Autonomy is a healthy and important human need that we all have. We are driven from within ourselves to be the authors of our own stories.
When our children express autonomy, it is a sign of a healthy and alive human (yay!!). But in this very stressful world, sometimes their methods of expression can be counter to contributing to their environments in positive and healthy ways, causing more stress for themselves and those who love them.
Empowering your child to thrive through art...
Megan believes in the universal need for self-expression. She has spent decades building a strong and diverse tool kit through her own practise as an artist and an educator. These tools are designed to support children and teens to develop their own connection with self and healthy ways to find their voice.
The sooner a child can begin to make these connections and understand the importance of learning to know themselves, becoming more aware of how truly powerful they really are, the stronger the foundation of self-awareness that they will bring to each stage of learning and development throughout their lives.
